As Product Managers, we may get ideas from many sources. While some are green-fields, most innovative ideas hide in plain sight, in existing products and services as new opportunities. These ideas and new product offerings are best surfaced and communicated by mapping experiences. Through experience maps such as Customer Journies, Mental Models, Spatial Maps, Service Blueprints, etc. we can design and align value, envision future experiences, turn pains into opportunities.

Join this session as we take a tour of various maps and see how these maps are essential to entire product discovery. We will review some best practices and consider practical solutions to some common challenges
