As product professionals, we all know that user-focused research is a critical step in building and shipping a successful product that meets our users' needs. Unfortunately, conducting effective user research requires time, knowledge, and resources that very few of us possess. Right?..
In this presentation, we are here to guide you through three effective user research techniques that can be done by almost anyone on almost any budget. Instead of focusing on fancy usability labs (though those are nice, aren't they?..) or doctoral-level statistical analyses, our speakers will focus on approachable and effective user research techniques that are adaptable to a variety of settings. By the end of the session, you will have the tools and techniques you need to start simple and effective user research for your product.
